Rose Exposed Eye Colour Quad in 01 Rose Exposed is a quartet of silky-smooth powder shadows expressed in multi-dimensional, shimmering finishes. These buildable shades custom-enhance lids with vivid colour– conjuring the glamour of the Private Blend scent.
Apply shade 1 on upper lids and inner corners of eyes. Blend shades 2 and 3 into crease. Define upper and lower lash lines with Runway Gel Eyeliner in Cocoa and diffuse with shade 4. Highlight the centers of upper lids with shade 2.
This Eye Colour Quad can be applied wet for a more dramatic finish, or dry for a softer effect.
